1. Recruiters Are NOT Stupid – They review 100’s of CVs daily. They can easily spot a “ChatGPT CV” because of the robotic tone. Your CV will read like a manual for a new dishwasher and won’t stand out
2. CV full of Fluff – ChatGPT loves “fluff.” It will paint you as “highly motivated leader with a passion for transformation,” but won’t state you led a €3M transformation program. Your CV will be a collection of buzzwords
​3. Common Prompts – Jobseekers are lazy and use similar prompts (e.g., “Write a CV for a Sales Manager”). Thus, many CVs have similar structure, phrasing, and layout. You WON’T stand out from the competition
​4. Clichés – Chat GPT overuses stuff like passionate, proven track record, team player. Your CV will be generic and won’t stand out!!
​5. ATS Rejection – Some Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are programmed to flag 100% machine-generated content. Don’t risk it!!
