My Story
I am a CV writer, Career and Outplacement Coach, with 20 years experience. I’ve been a successful business owner for most of my career, co-founding Eden Recruitment Ltd in 1999, and founding Measurability in 2006. On top of this, I’ve a Degree in Business, Diploma in Coaching and SHL training (BPS certified).
I love what I do and I have fun doing it. And, I am passionate about helping people achieve career goals. As a result, my clients will vouch for my energy, passion and my results. I help my clients stand out and get noticed by wiritng IMPACTFUL CVs. My clients include individuals, organisations via my outplacement work, and teach CV writing principles at 3rd level institutions. NB: You work with me, not AI or 3rd party in another country!!

I don’t know everything BUT I do know a lot. And, I’ve experienced every angle of the job market – business owner, recruiter, job seeker, hiring manager, career and outplacement expert. As a result, I combine this knowledge with proven techniques to help my clients stand out and succeed. As a business owner, I am a job seeker 24/7, and I pass on my core principles – visibility, creativity, and activity.
